Spinach sapling replanted
This spinach sapling which was growing along with carrot plants in a pot was replanted so that it will have more freedom to grow. But it dried up by afternoon due to bright sunlight. Immediately the pot was moved to a shade and watered frequently. This picture was taken next day morning. The hydration status of the plant looks better. This was probably what some people call ‘transplantation shock’. The plant was transferred along with a handful of soil from the previous pot and watered frequently. Probably the bright sunlight would have caused the problem, rather than the lack of water in the new pot.
