Mango plant from thrown away seed
This mango plant is sprouting from seed thrown away by someone after eating the fruit! It has sprouted even though the whole seed is on the surface of the soil. May be the recent rains would have soaked the seed well and initiated germination. Wondering whether I should plant it properly or discard it as I am not sure of which variety it is. Another option is to grow it and later graft it with a branch from a known plant so that I can expect fruits of that variety of mango!
