African coriander (Eryngium foetidum) is also known as Mexican coriander and sawtooth coriander (because of the shape of its leaves). It may be noted that the usual coriander is known as Coriandrum sativum. Mexican coriander is cultivated worldwide and is used as culinary herb. It has a much stronger taste than coriander.
